Role Introduction

The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning process, providing analytical insights, and supporting strategic decision-making within Kai Tak Sports Park. This role will also involve budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive financial performance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall financial planning and business analysis, including budgeting and forecasting of the business performance and cost effectiveness.
  • Assist and cooperate with respective Department Heads in the development of long-term strategic plans by providing business insights and scenario analysis to support business growth through data analysis.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health and operational efficiency and provide regular updates to management on financial performance.
  • Review monthly management reports and support ad-hoc management meeting presentations.
  • Assist the annual audit process, prepare financial statements, annual report, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies and contribute to audit processes as necessary.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Qualified accountant with HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Good analytical and communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
