Role Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging, high-quality digital content that supports the company's marketing and brand initiatives and providing day-to-day support to the team. This role requires strong writing, editing, and content curation skills, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and execute content plans for the company's digital channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).
- To produce a variety of content assets, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- To assist in performance marketing campaigns across different digital platforms.
- To create and curate engaging and sharable content to be used across social media and other digital platforms.
- To create, build, test and send email campaigns as well as performance reporting.
- To conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages to maximize campaign performance and drive conversions.
- Daily management of social media channels including community management, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating content.
- To provide support in analysing campaign data and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and optimization.
- To assist with copywriting, graphic editing, and other tasks related to performance marketing.
- To design and produce multimedia content for a variety of digital platforms, social media platforms and marketing materials.
- To optimize content for search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia design and incorporate them into our works.
- To contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's content style guide and brand voice.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields.
- At least 2 years solid relevant working experience in digital content creation and management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programmes, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator), Canva.
- Knowledge of digital media and social network platforms is preferred (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Proficient in content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and positive working attitude.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
