About the job Senior Officer - Human Resources (2-years contract)

Job duties:

  • Support all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR documentation etc.
  • Closely work with business units to provide professional HR service.
  • Support and implement HR projects and initiatives, including staff engagement, policy updates, system implementation and enhancement.
  • Mediate employee conflicts with professionalism and empathy, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Prepare various analysis, dashboards, and reports for management review.
  • Handle any ad hoc project assigned by the superiors.


Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Well-versed with employment ordinance and regulations.
  • Knowledge in HRIS including SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an advantage.
  • Attention to details and with good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Immediately available will be preferred.
