Senior Officer - Human Resources (2-years contract)
About the job Senior Officer - Human Resources (2-years contract)
Job duties:
- Support all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR documentation etc.
- Closely work with business units to provide professional HR service.
- Support and implement HR projects and initiatives, including staff engagement, policy updates, system implementation and enhancement.
- Mediate employee conflicts with professionalism and empathy, fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare various analysis, dashboards, and reports for management review.
- Handle any ad hoc project assigned by the superiors.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Well-versed with employment ordinance and regulations.
- Knowledge in HRIS including SAP SuccessFactors, Cityray and BIPO is an advantage.
- Attention to details and with good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Immediately available will be preferred.
