Role Introduction
The Senior Manager – Quality and Sustainability Management shall establish, implement and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with international standards and the Legends Globals management framework, identify gaps, and facilitate continual improvement of the IMS to ensure its effectiveness. He/ She is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the approved ISO certifications and leads internal and external audits to achieve re-certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy to establish an Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure it aligns with internal, legal, customer, and stakeholder requirements for stadium operations
- Develop and implement strategy to solicit appropriate ISO certifications for KTSP and ensure the re-certification
- Promote and improve sustainability program in KTSP aligned with ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management System
- Promote and integrate process approaches and continual improvement throughout the business.
- Manage documented information required for IMS processes and effectiveness.
- Develop communication systems for organizational knowledge and awareness related to the IMS.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of IMS processes, customer satisfaction, and external provider performance.
- Conduct internal and external audits and management reviews at planned intervals.
- Analyze data to ensure conformity of products/services and customer satisfaction.
- Improve processes, products, and services to meet requirements and prevent non-conformities.
- Take corrective actions and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in environmental management, hospitality management or other related fields.
- Minimum 8 years experience, with minimum 3 years in managerial level in sizable established organisations.
- Abreast of legislation and statutory obligations related to environmental, social compliance, corporate social responsibility and health & safety regulations.
- Sound knowledge of managements systems such as ISO 9001, 14001 etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Well organized with advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
