About the job Electrical Technician
- OBJECTIVE
1. Reduce the meantime of repair (MTTR) in the production lines,
2. Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2, and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders;
3. Carry out inspection of electrical/mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner;
4. Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services;
5. Carry out scheduled tasks; equipment maintenance and facility maintenance,
6. Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard;
7. Contribute with feedback for planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution, and reducing back-log;
8. Diagnoses root cause of electrical/mechanical malfunctions or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance;
9. Develop Root cause analysis,
10. Comply with reasonable EHS instructions and safe working procedures;
11. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems;
12. Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures;
13. Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety;
14. Assist with the preparation of risk assessments;
15. Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues;
16. Follow GMP & 5S at the workplace.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of Maintenance in the Food / FMCG Industry.

1. Experience in Maintenance in Food / FMCG Industry.
2. Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting of electrical issues and Maintenance of Electrical Panels, controllers, Drives, Motors, Low voltage, and high voltage installation.
3. Experience in Developing and Implementing Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Plan.
4. Conduct Root cause investigation and PDCA for major issues.
5. Knowledge of Food technology & Food safety.
Technical Skills
