Job Description

  • Support the consulting teams in managing projects timelines and prepare necessary reports and proposals
  • Assist Consultants in liaising with customers in terms of project scheduling and resources planning to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of the projects
  • Provide full coordination, on-site support and organizational matters for the delivery of Assessment Centers, Trainings and Workshops
  • Carry out market research and mapping to gain knowledge of market insights and industry trends and developments
  • Assist in analysing and reporting on potential market segments in the HR management field
  • Identify potential business opportunities through different channels and make initial contacts with target customers
  • Assist with drafting and preparing business proposals
  • Prepare marketing materials and assist in organizing marketing activities regularly to create market awareness
  • Coordinate with headquarters and overseas colleagues to exchange marketing materials and customer leads regularly
  • Generate ideas and provide support in preparing articles to be posted on social media and digital platform such as LinkedIn, Wechat Official Account
  • Maintain and update customer database regularly

Job Specification

  • At least 2 - 3 years work experience with some experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international work environment, and holds a University/ College Degree
  • Collaborative team player with a strong people and service orientation
  • Pro-active and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude, an eye for details and drives for quality and excellence at work
  • Curious about learning and trying out new arenas, and acquiring new knowledge and technology with good learning agility
  • Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills, and an attitude of can do and will do and not compromise with just ok work
