Job Description

  • Analyze the job requirements provided by client and involved in detailed briefing with the customers
  • Identify and execute the search strategies aiming at the right target group, territorial coverage, potential pool and possible search channels
  • Carry out market research and mapping to gain knowledge the market insights and industry trend and development
  • Identify, approach and qualify potential target candidates in the specific industries
  • Phone screen and shortlist candidates with a structured interview based on customers' criteria
  • Involved in face to face interview with candidates, together with consultants
  • Responsible for a smooth and successful closure of the search project
  • Establish a good and long-term rapport with clients and candidates
  • Upkeep of market and talents database
  • Train and develop junior researcher/s

Job Specification

  • At least 1- 2 years work experience in an international work environment with a University / College Degree
  • Positive with a high level of integrity and ethics, drives for quality and excellence at work
  • Collaborative team player with people and service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Committed and highly motivated by achieving targets and time line to meet customers' needs
  • Curious for trying new arenas and acquiring new knowledge and technology with good learning agility
  • Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills and attitude "can do" and "will do", no compromise for just ok work
  • Accountable for their own responsibilities and determined to go extra mile to support colleagues and customers
