Job Description

• Involve in organizing all activities related to Assessment Centers
• Participate in Assessment Centers and assist Consultants in observing and assessing candidates and participants on site
• Responsible for drafting reports based on the observations and assessments and supporting the Consultants to ensure the delivery of the reports
• Provide full coordination, on-site support and manage other organizational matters for the delivery of Assessment Centers, Trainings and Workshops
• Assist Consultants in liaising with customers in terms of project scheduling and resources planning to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of the projects

Job Specification

• University Degree in Psychology or related discipline
• Collaborative team player with a strong people and service orientation
• Pro-active and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude, an eye for details and a drive for quality and excellence at work
