Job Description

  • Carry out market research and mapping to gain knowledge of market insights and industry trends and developments
  • Analyze and report on potential market segments and business opportunities that are aligned with the company's philosophy and business plans in the HR management field
  • Strategize and work out business plan together with the management teams; review, develop and manage the service portfolio in line with company's strategies and positioning
  • Identify and develop potential business opportunities in the market, make direct contacts with target customers and identify their needs
  • Draft and prepare proposals according to the needs of customers
  • Liaise with overseas colleagues and headquarters to exchange market information and knowledge as well as customer leads
  • Establish a good and long-term rapport with customers through providing advisory on problems and queries
  • Plan and organize marketing materials and activities regularly to create market awareness through connecting with business chambers, social media and digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Wechat Official Account as well as other HR events
  • Maintain and update customer database regularly

Job Specification

  • At least 3 - 5 years work experience in the business development, sales or marketing field, preferably in the international work environment, with a University/ College Degree
  • Positive with a high level of integrity and ethics, and drives for quality and excellence at work
  • Collaborative team player with strong people and service orientation
  • Committed and highly self-motivated as a developer and driver
  • Curious about trying out new arenas and acquiring new knowledge and technology with good learning agility
  • Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills, and an attitude can do and will do and not compromise with just ok work
  • Accountable for own responsibilities and determined to go the extra mile to support colleagues and customers
