Service Engineer- Shanghai

With the business growth and followed by its expansion plan, they are searching for a qualified and committed team member to enhance their technical support and service team to be based Shanghai.

Job Description:

• Responsible for installation, commission and configuration of the injection moulding machines on sites

• Provide technical advices to clients for supply of spare parts, maintenance service and regular calibration

• Manage technical service protocol

• Gather market intelligent information and provide the feedback to sales team

• Deliver technical training and organize seminars for customers and sales agents

• Fully involved in technical support and presentations during pre-sales and after-sales stages for both customers as well as partners

Job Specification:

• Technical background, at least 5 years work experience in maintenance related role, preferably in repair or maintenance of injection moulding machinery or complicated equipment

• Extensive knowledge in injection moulding machinery, in plastic and tool building is an advantage

• A good hands-on independent technical expert with good team spirit

• Good communication skills

• Average in English

• Willing to travel
