Job Description
- Analyse job requirements provided by clients and participate in detailed briefing with the customers
- Identify and execute search strategies aiming at the right target group, territorial coverage, potential pool and possible search channels
- Implement market research and mapping to gain knowledge of market insights and industry trends and developments
- Identify, approach and qualify potential target candidates of the specific industries
- Conduct phone screenings and shortlist candidates with a structured interview based on customers criteria
- Involve in face-to-face interview with candidates, together with consultants
- Responsible for a smooth and successful closure of the search project
- Establish a good and long-term rapport with clients and candidates
- Upkeep of market and talent database
- Train and develop junior researcher/s
Job Specification
- At least 1 2 years work experience in an international work environment with a University/ College Degree
- Positive with a high level of integrity and ethics; drives for quality and excellence at work
- Collaborative team player with a people and service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Committed and highly motivated to achieve targets and timeline to meet customers needs
- Curious in trying out new arenas and acquiring new knowledge and technology with good learning agility
- Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills and an attitude of can do and will do and not compromise with just ok work
- Strong sense of accountability for own responsibilities and determined to go the extra mile to support colleagues and customers
