CFO

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the company

• Drive improvements in organizational profitability

• Conduct risk management by analyzing liabilities and investments

• Develop investment strategies considering cash flow and liquidity risks

• Ensure reliable mid-term cash planning

• Optimize the companys tax position

• Control and optimize cash flow across the Chinese operations

• Implement and maintain an effective cost control system across all branches and assembly/warehouse units

• Oversee the development of the local joint venture

• Supervise all finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers

• Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies

• Lead and mentor a team of financial controllers and analysts

• Work closely with the Management Team in China

• Support direct collaboration with the German headquarters

Requirements and skills

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

• Proven experience in senior leadership financial roles within the manufacturing industry, preferably in an international company

• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

• Strong expertise in data analysis and forecasting techniques

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)

• Ability to analyze, strategize and solve problems

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
