Job Description
- Identify and execute search strategies aiming at the right target group, territorial coverage, potential pool and possible search channels
- Carry out market research and mapping to gain knowledge of market insights and industry trends and developments
- Conduct phone screenings and shortlisting candidates with a structured interview based on customer's criteria
- Maintain and update market and talent database
Job Specification
- University Degree in Psychology or related discipline
- Collaborative team player with a strong people and service orientation
- Pro-active and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude, an eye for details and a drive for quality and excellence at work
