DATA CAPTURER

the successful incumbent will provide vital support to the buying team by ensuring the accurate capture and maintenance of data, thereby contributing to the efficiency and success of the procurement function.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture quotations from the buyer and upload onto customer platforms.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Liaisons to ensure that orders are captured accurately and timeously.
• Filing and record keeping of quotations and documentation.
• Assisting Sales and Buying team in obtaining quotation documents.
