Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting clients who visit the store to place orders

Assisting clients with fittings and ensuring they receive excellent service

Capturing and communicating orders accurately with the production department

Assigning work to the production team/company

Following up on orders and ensuring they are completed on time

Making sure orders are ready for client collection

Assisting with day-to-day store duties
