GENERAL WORKERS - MINE

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with queries and locating products
Provide friendly, helpful service to customers
Operate the till and process payments accurately
Help with stock takes, deliveries and pricing
Maintain a clean and tidy store or work area
Pack shelves, merchandise stock and keep displays neat
Requirements
Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability
Retail or customer-service experience (advantageous)
Grade 12 / Matric (or working towards it)
A friendly, customer-focused attitude
Reliability and a willingness to learn
