SAP MM Consultant (Mauritius)

Job Brief

We are looking to employ a mid-level functional SAP Consultant with a primary focus on the MM and FI modules. The successful incumbent will work remotely, unless required on site by clients.

Preference will be given to permanent employees, but contractors will also be considered on an agreed retainer.

  • Service procurement

• Configuration of inventory management business processes
  • Account determination
  • Material requirements planning
  • Physical inventory
  • Material valuation
    • Moving average
    • FIFO
    • LIFO
• Writing functional specifications
• Demonstrated understanding of:
  • Material masters
  • Material Bill of Materials
  • Info records
  • Vendors masters
  • Service masters

Requirements

• SAP MM Certification (proof will be requested)
• SAP FI Certification advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Key stakeholder management
• Effective and efficient workload management
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Experience with configuration and master data in the below areas is advantageous:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts receivable
• Fixed Assets
• Cost centres/Internal Order/Profit centres
• Banking/Statement uploads
• Clearing
• Substitution/validation rules
• Writing functional specifications
• Foreign currency valuation
• Parallel currency accounting

Additional advantageous skills:

• SAP S/4HANA experience/knowledge
• SAP Fiori experience/knowledge
