Senior SAP HCM Support Consultant (Supporting Netherlands)

Job Brief

A Senior SAP HCM Consultant is required to support clients in the Netherlands with Payroll, Negative Time management, Master Data and Org Management modules. This will be a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support tickets raised, investigate and determine solutions, document the solutions and changes made according to client agreed standards, ensure delivery of solutions within agreed SLA timeframes.
• Test solutions provided and ensure quality of delivery
• Assist clients with knowledge transfer
• Document client requirements, system configuration and customisations.
• Report on support and/or project progress to Team lead/project management and clients as required.
• Technical preparation of Business Process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.

Requirements

• 5-10 years SAP support experience in the following SAP on premise HR modules:
  • Payroll
  • Time management (Negative Time and Leave)
  • Master Data
  • Org Management
• 2+ Years experience with Netherlands SAP payroll support
• 1 Full implementation including Payroll and/or Time Management modules
• Knowledge of and experience with Integration to SAP SuccessFactors HCM
