Job Brief
A Senior SAP HCM Consultant is required to support clients in the USA and Canada with Payroll, Positive and Negative Time management, Master Data and Org Management modules. Working hours will be based on the USA time zones being supported and will be a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client support tickets raised, investigate and determine solutions, document the solutions and changes made according to client agreed standards, ensure delivery of solutions within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Test solutions provided and ensure quality of delivery
- Assist clients with knowledge transfer
- Document client requirements, system configuration and customisations.
- Report on support and/or project progress to Team lead/project management and clients as required.
- Technical preparation of Business Process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
- 5-10 years SAP support experience in the following SAP on premise HR modules:
- Payroll including Payroll Control Center
- Time management (positive and negative) and CATS
- Master Data
- Org Management
- 2 Years experience in USA and Canadian payroll support
- 1 Full implementation including Payroll and/or Time Management modules
- Knowledge of and experience with Integration to SAP SuccessFactors HCM
