Job Brief

A Mid-Level SAP HCM Consultant is required to support local South African clients with the Payroll, Negative and Positive Time management, Master Data and Org Management modules. This will be mostly remote based, however some client site work may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client support tickets raised, investigate and determine solutions, document the solutions and changes made according to client agreed standards, ensure delivery of solutions within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Test solutions provided and ensure quality of delivery
  • Assist clients with knowledge transfer
  • Document client requirements, system configuration and customisations.
  • Report on support and/or project progress to Team lead/project management and clients as required.
  • Technical preparation of Business Process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years SAP support experience in the following SAP on premise HR modules:
    • Payroll
    • Time management (Negative Time and Leave/Positive Time an advantage)
    • Master Data
    • Org Management
  • 1 Full implementation including Payroll and/or Time Management modules
  • Knowledge of and experience with Integration to SAP SuccessFactors HCM
