Our Client in singapore is currently looking for a Centre manager for their Enrichment Center. As an centre manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:Greet students, parents, and instructors in a professional and friendly manner.
    Handle inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide information about our programs and services.
  • Enrollment and Registration:Assist with student enrollment and registration processes.
    Maintain accurate student records, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Scheduling:Create and manage class schedules, ensuring that instructors and students are aware of their respective class times.
    Handle scheduling changes and communicate them to relevant parties
  • Payment and Billing:Collect tuition fees and process payments.
    Address billing inquiries and provide receipts or payment confirmations as needed.
  • Student and Parent Support:Assist students and parents with any inquiries, concerns, or requests.
    Provide information about the center's programs, curriculum, and student progress.
  • Instructor Support:Coordinate instructor schedules and assist with their administrative needs.
    Ensure that instructors have the necessary materials and resources for teaching.
  • Attendanceand Progress Tracking:Record and track student attendance.
    Maintain records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and instructors.
  • Facility Maintenance:Ensure that the center is clean and well-maintained.
    Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Event Coordination:Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as exams, or special programs.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and administrative tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
