About the job Sales/Business Development Officer
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Sales/Business Development Officer to help us explore business opportunities for the company by generating leads and presenting our services to potential organizations or businesses.
Responsibilities:
Analyze how the business is positioned in the market and craft strategy for penetration
Create lead generation on different interest groups and corporations to introduce our IT Recruitment business
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients
Present our services to potential clients and business partners
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer/client lifetime value
Think of creative ideas on how to engage, develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and requirements to service clients better
Qualifications
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Motivated, driven attitude
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
Expert in time management
Organized work ethic
Proven track record in sales environment
Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, relevant experience is sufficient
Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. Hubspot) a plus
