About the job Salesforce Developer (Order Management)
Job Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the set-up and the further development of the Salesforce OMS as the central OMS system for the e-Commerce order orchestration
- You coordinate the evaluation, scope, and complete new development requests
- You perform hands-on solution design, do prototyping and create proof-of-concepts, as required in support of current and new projects
- You edit day-to-day administrative functions including general configuration, user account maintenance, workflows, user support and other routine tasks
- You complete regular internal system audits and prepare for salesforces three annual updates
- You continuously improve the platform to enable growth and high time-to-market
- You manage the data model, import processes and automation
- You identify and mitigate risks in processes and technologies
- You provide domain expertise, technical direction and risk assessment in support of development projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar degrees
- At least 4 years of experience in OMS (Order Management System) and its configuration, administration and architecture
- Salesforce.com certifications are advantageous
- You have expert knowledge of Apex (synchronous and asynchronous)
- You have knowledge of Security technologies like OAuth, SAML, OpenID connect to integrate data between systems, applications and data warehouse using ETL tool such as Informatica/Dell Boomi both on-premise and cloud to develop Salesforce solutions
- You have knowledge of Salesforce Web Services, middleware integration with Salesforce, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, Bulk API, Web Services and the ability to develop and customize applications in a Salesforce platform
- You have expert knowledge of business processes, especially in the area of e-Commerce order orchestration and omnichannel services
- You have knowledge of IT project delivery methodologies, such as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, the development of continuous integration
