About the job Site Clerk
A we'll known construction company in the Western Cape is looking for a experienced Site Clerk to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various administrative requirements and controls for site activities.
- Create a forward plan of orders and ensure that requisitions are timeously processed.
- Ensure adequate PPE is sourced and in place.
- Manage Attendance Registers to ensure payments/wages are correctly calculated.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks.
- Ensure that all site-specific requirements for Health, Safety and Environment are in place.
- Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment Files are in place and available for inspection.
- Liaise with Staff in terms of their own Health and Safety and ensure that any requirements are timeously addressed.
- Maintain proper and accurate document controls.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate.
- National Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration.
- Proven experience as a Site Clerk of 2 to 5 years.
- Previous experience within the construction environment.
- The ability to execute repetitive activities daily.
