A we'll known construction company in the Western Cape is looking for a experienced Site Clerk to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process various administrative requirements and controls for site activities.
  • Create a forward plan of orders and ensure that requisitions are timeously processed.
  • Ensure adequate PPE is sourced and in place.
  • Manage Attendance Registers to ensure payments/wages are correctly calculated.
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks.
  • Ensure that all site-specific requirements for Health, Safety and Environment are in place.
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment Files are in place and available for inspection.
  • Liaise with Staff in terms of their own Health and Safety and ensure that any requirements are timeously addressed.
  • Maintain proper and accurate document controls.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate.
  • National Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Site Clerk of 2 to 5 years.
  • Previous experience within the construction environment.
  • The ability to execute repetitive activities daily.
