Director Regional de Banca de Empresas (Basado en Zapopan)

Just Talent, a leading talent acquisition and human resources consulting company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Corporate Banking to join our client's team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

As the Director of Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's corporate banking division. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their business goals. Your main objective will be to drive growth and profitability for the company by expanding our corporate banking portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the corporate banking division in line with the company's overall objectives

- Lead and manage a team of corporate bankers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential areas for growth

- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with customized solutions that meet their business goals

- Monitor and analyze the division's financial performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients

- Stay up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements related to corporate banking and ensure the division's operations are in line with these standards

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our corporate banking services and build our brand presence in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role

- Proven track record of success in developing and managing corporate banking portfolios

- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
