Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Silao, Gto., Mexico

Contract Details: Full-time

Just talent looks for a leading company in the automotive manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to join our team in Silao, Gto., Mexico. A HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our people strategy to support our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees

- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Manage and maintain HR systems and databases

- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee needs and concerns

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations

- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
