Job Description:

Just Talent is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead a financial & banking contact center. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's overall goals and objectives. You will be the main point of contact for all HR-related matters and will work closely with our contact center managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the contact center, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for contact center employees, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations as needed

- Develop and implement training and development programs for contact center employees to enhance their skills and improve overall performance

- Monitor and analyze employee engagement and retention rates, and develop strategies to improve them

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to contact center managers and employees

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices and policies

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvement

- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner

- Manage the contact center's budget for HR-related expenses

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment

- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team

- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
