An HR Manager.

To live in northern Mexico (border).

The selected candidate

Will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all human capital strategies and initiatives (career plans, succession plans, talent development, talent attraction and retention, etc)

Will be responsible for creating a challenging and motivating environment.

Will be responsible for leading the Change Management initiatives at a site with significant growth in both investment and human resources.

The selected candidate must be a team player, with strong communication and negotiation skills, creative and adaptable, preferably with experience working with matrix structures.
