Position: Office Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join to one of ours client's team in Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the office, including overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with consultants.
• Create and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and support the administrative team, including receptionists, assistants, and other staff members.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Manage office budgets and expenses, track invoices, and maintain financial records.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Handle any employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular office inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Handle any other tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in the talent management industry is a plus.
