👨🚀About the Position🛰️
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Project Manager. You will be establishing best practices and working methodologies as well as implementing them, monitoring the various projects and the day-to-day operations, and shaping and contributing to the working culture.
What you'll be doing
- Define the company's framework when executing and implementing hardware development projects.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate hardware development teams for projects related to future propulsion systems.
- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices that are suitable for the organization to organize and supervise hardware developments.
- Prepare high-level deliverables to meet the needs and requirements of the projects.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure on quality, on time and on cost project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, both internal and external (naitonal and internationl).
- Management of institutional projects and contracts from entities like European Space Agency (ESA), the European Comission (EC), or national ones likes CDTI or the Spanish Space Agency. From writing the proposals, to monitor the execution of the projects always supported by the technical team.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in monitoring and managing projects, demostrating the ability to tackle technical challenges and meet establiched. deadlines and budgets.
- Proven experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure successful project delivery .
Nice to have
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Drivers License – our testing facilities are a 20 minute drive from our headquarters .
