Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS and SOX Lead with over 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 years in relevant SAP Basis and SOX compliance roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in privilege access management from an SAP Basis perspective and a strong understanding of SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement privilege access management from an SAP Basis standpoint.
• Ensure compliance with SOX primary and secondary controls for privilege access management.
• Work closely with Infra, Basis, Application, and other stakeholders to identify and manage privileged accounts.
• Validate compliance with defined SOX controls and assess the impact of new/existing controls.
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for enhancing SAP security and compliance measures.
• Identify remediation steps for compliance gaps and oversee the implementation of remediation actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are maintained across SAP landscapes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration, with at least 6+ years focused on SOX compliance and privilege access management.
• Strong understanding of SAP Security concepts, Role Management, and User Administration.
• Experience in implementing and managing SOX controls in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a plus.
• Familiarity with audit requirements, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SAP BASIS, SAP Security, or GRC.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
