Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess detailed knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire for report development, configuration, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, interpret, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop standard and custom reports and dashboards using Spotfire.
• Analyze and present data to identify analytics opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with product owners to convey analytical insights.
• Validate the accuracy and quality of work.
• Actively participate in daily stand-up scrum calls.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire for developing reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to develop visualizations and reports using TIBCO Spotfire.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in report development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in visualization/report development, working directly with teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
