SAP Fund Management Specialist

Job Title: SAP Fund Management Specialist

Location: Pan India

Experience:6 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Consultation:

- Provide expertise in public sector financial management to ensure alignment with SAP Finance and funds management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm and develop precise business requirements.

2. Configuration and Integration:

- Execute FM configuration tasks related to master data, budget execution, availability control, and actual/commitment updates.

- Understand and manage integration points between FM and other SAP modules like Financial Accounting and Controlling.

3. FM Expertise:

- Work on FM derivations and FM table data flow.

- Devise derivation strategies and rules, and manage account assignments of FM elements with other modules.

4. Client Support:

- Assist clients in complex business processes within SAP Financial and Management Accounting, Budgeting, Planning (& Consolidation), and SAP Funds Management.

- Provide help desk support, resolving end-user issues and addressing FM defects.

5. Design and Reporting:

- Design FM interfaces, reports, and enhancements.

- Define user authorization requirements and develop familiarity with FM standard reports and custom analytical queries.

Technical Skills:

1. SAP Expertise:

- Proficiency in SAP Finance or FICO.

- Hands-on experience in Funds/Cash management, preferably with a CA or ICWA background.

- Understanding of SAP Functional modules.

2. FM Configuration:

- Experience in FM configuration tasks such as master data management and budget execution.

- Knowledge of FM derivations, rules, and account assignments.

3. Integration Knowledge:

- Understanding of integration points between FM and other SAP modules like Financial Accounting and Controlling.

- Knowledge of SAP MM FICO integration with FM Module.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

- Familiarity with FM standard reports and custom analytical queries.

- Ability to design FM interfaces, reports, and enhancements.

5. Technical Tools:

- Hands-on experience with S4 HANA FIORI.

- Proficiency in utilizing technical tools and platforms associated with SAP systems.
