- Risk Mitigation: Skilled in establishing controls to ensure seamless business continuity during major changes or digital transformations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to align technical change initiatives with business objectives and manage expectations.
- Release Management: Expertise in coordinating complex, multi-component SaaS releases with minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the implementation of change management strategies for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end change processes, including assessments, approvals, implementations, and post-change reviews.
- Establish and maintain CAB (Change Advisory Board) governance structures to evaluate and authorize high-risk changes.
- Drive adoption of standardized change processes and automation through tools like Genie or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change timelines, risk mitigation plans, and business communication.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve change performance metrics such as failed change rates, approval cycle times, and recovery durations.
- Enforce change freeze periods during critical business cycles and ensure adherence across teams.
- Develop rollback strategies and contingency plans to support smooth transitions and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- ITIL Foundation (minimum) or Intermediate/Expert certifications
