Key Responsibilities

* Design and Development: Develop visually appealing and responsive designs for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and resolutions.

* User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand user needs and pain points, using these insights to inform design decisions and enhancements.

* Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.

* UI Standards: Establish and maintain UI design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.

* Front-End Development: Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks, ensuring compatibility and performance across different browsers and devices.

* Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, continually seeking opportunities to improve the user experience and interface design.

Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on enterprise applications and platforms. Previous experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

* Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and demonstrating your ability to create user-centered designs.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex design challenges.

* Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.
