Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Model N Flex Developer with a strong background in Java Full Stack Development to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in enterprise-grade application development and a solid understanding of Model N products powered by Flex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Develop and enhance applications using J2EE technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Optimize database interactions using Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Maintain and enhance Model N Flex-based implementations.
• Contribute to Agile development practices including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Provide support for production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Java Programming
• Hands-on experience with J2EE Application Servers (WebLogic or JBoss preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Understanding of browser and servlet-based application structures
• Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Model N Product powered by Flex
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of React JS is a plus
• Experience in performance tuning of applications
