Functional SME (Commercial)

Job Description:
Looking for a Technical Functional SME with expertise in the Commercial module of Model N Flex. The candidate will be responsible for providing application support and resolving commercial domain issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the commercial module in Model N Flex.

• Troubleshoot issues related to product, pricing, contract, rebates, and chargebacks.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for continuous support.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in Model N Flex (Commercial), SQL & Oracle PL/SQL.

• Strong understanding of commercial domains and application support.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
