Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java/Python Developer with exposure to Agentic AI to build scalable backend applications and AI-driven solutions. The role involves developing intelligent workflows, integrating AI models, and supporting enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/Python
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions, including Agentic AI / AI Agents
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
• Integrate AI models with enterprise platforms
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
• Participate in solution design and technical architecture discussions

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Java or Python
• Experience in backend development, APIs, and microservices
• Good understanding of scalable application design

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks or AI automation tools
• Experience in healthcare domain (Medicaid / Government Programs)
• Familiarity with Model N platform
• Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and REST APIs

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a client-facing and collaborative environment
