Tech. Functional SME (Medicaid)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Functional SME to support the Medicaid module in Model N Flex. The role involves understanding and resolving disputes, validating rebates, and handling error lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Medicaid module in Model N Flex.

• Work on rebate validations/calculations and issue resolution.

• Liaise with business teams on Medicaid processing.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Medicaid-related support.

• Strong technical skills in SQL & Oracle PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with Medicaid dispute resolution and duplicate handling.

• Strong communication skills.
