We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong domain expertise in Managed Markets to lead application support projects within the Model N Flex environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with commercial modules and excellent communication skills to work directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Model N support projects with a hands-on approach.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

• Provide support on contracting, pricing, chargeback, and managed markets.

• Ensure smooth application support operations and adhere to process guidelines.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of total experience, with proven project management and application support background.

• Hands-on experience with Model N Flex (Commercial module).

• Strong domain knowledge in Managed Markets.

• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
