Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI integration, enabling intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced user experiences within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service modules.

· Integrate AI capabilities using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder, and other relevant tools.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

· Define and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 customization, data modeling, and integration.

· Guide development teams on technical design, code reviews, and performance optimization.

· Stay current with Microsofts roadmap and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

· Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

· Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

· Proven experience integrating AI into business applications using Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, or similar platforms.

· Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Data verse.

· Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and custom development using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

· Experience with machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI.

· Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.

· Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services is a plus.
