Job Title: Senior RAN Engineer (TM500)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior RAN Engineer with strong expertise in TM500-based load and performance testing in multi-UE environments. The candidate will work on advanced 4G/5G RAN technologies, focusing on testing, performance optimization, and protocol stack validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform load and stability testing using TM500 in real multi-UE environments
• Work on 4G, 5G, IoT, CBRS, and containerized OAM (O1) for indoor and outdoor small cell deployments
• Lead test strategy, planning, estimation, testbed setup, and execution
• Conduct end-to-end testing with real UE and network elements, including L3 signaling
• Analyze and optimize RAN performance parameters across L1, MAC, and RLC layers
• Support mobility and RF testing using attenuators and RF chambers

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in TM500 for load and performance testing
• Deep understanding of 5G SA/NSA architecture and LTE networks
• Knowledge of 3GPP interfaces: S1, NG, X2/Xn
• Proficiency in 3GPP protocols: RRC, RLC, MAC
• Expertise in 5G throughput calculations and frame structures
• Hands-on experience with real UE/NE lab testing and mobility testing

Preferred:

• Experience in small cell deployments (indoor/outdoor)
• Exposure to programmable attenuators and RF lab environments
