Section Manager -Engineering

Job Description

-Supervise and develop a team of engineers, ensuring alignment

with UTAC's goals and objectives.

-Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for engineering

initiatives.

-Implement advanced quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and control

charts across processes.

-Collaborate with operations and quality teams to meet customer

and regulatory requirements.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 7–10 years of

experience, including leadership roles.

-PMP Certification or equivalent project management training

(preferred).

Skills and Competencies:

-Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

-Strong advanced knowledge of die attach, flip chip, SiP, Wire bond and

mold processes, materials, and equipment.

-Expertise in managing engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.

-Knowledge of global semiconductor trends and customer needs.
