Job Description

-Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement,

equipment efficiency, or cost reduction.

-Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support

in project execution.

-Act as a technical interface with customers, addressing inquiries or

complaints and proposing technical solutions.

-Drive the implementation of best practices and UTAC standards

across engineering activities.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 5–7 years of

experience.

-Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

-Skills and Competencies:

-Advanced knowledge of die attach, flip chip, SiP, Wire bondandmold

processes, materials, and equipment.

-Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent customer communication and technical presentation abilities.
