Job Description

  1. Serve as a translator (Mandarin-Indonesian and vice versa).
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for the supervisor.
  3. Manage daily schedules, including arranging important meetings and appointments.
  4. Remind the supervisor of key tasks and deadlines.
  5. Prepare essential documents such as reports, presentations, and other materials.
  6. Maintain and organize databases and filing systems.
  7. Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and clients.
  8. Provide additional support to the supervisor, including handling certain corporate governance reporting related to legal matters, ensuring that the business complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) degree.
  2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Mandarin Translator.
  3. Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  4. HSK Level 4 certification or higher is preferred.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  6. Able to multitask and work with attention to detail.
