Job Description
- Serve as a translator (Mandarin-Indonesian and vice versa).
- Act as the primary point of contact for the supervisor.
- Manage daily schedules, including arranging important meetings and appointments.
- Remind the supervisor of key tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare essential documents such as reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Maintain and organize databases and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and clients.
- Provide additional support to the supervisor, including handling certain corporate governance reporting related to legal matters, ensuring that the business complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) degree.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Mandarin Translator.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- HSK Level 4 certification or higher is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to multitask and work with attention to detail.
