Business Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Problem-solving: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization and efficiency strategies.
• Requirements collection: collecting, recording and validating business requirements for new projects or plans.
• Communication: Effectively convey findings, recommendations, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirement :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst.
• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• Good command of Mandarin proficiency
