Cost Control Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

1. Cost Monitoring and Analysis
Monitor, analyze, and report on transportation and operational costs, while identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
2. Budget Management
Assist in preparing and monitoring Internal Route Cost and report to finance Dept.
3. Cost Optimization & Performance Evaluation
Collaborate with the Route Planning team to implement cost-efficient strategies and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of cost-saving initiatives.
4. Expense Forecasting
Support the forecasting of future transportation and logistics costs in line with operational plans and market conditions.
5. Price Database Management
Manage and update the pricing database in the system to ensure accurate cost calculations.
6. Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding vendor contract renewals, unit additions, or vehicle type changes to ensure smooth and continuous operations

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or Higher (Prefer Finance based in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
2. 1-2 years of experience in logistics, route planning, or transportation management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
3. High-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
4. Fluent in English & Mandarin (HSK 5)
5. Able to adapt in fast paced environment and willing to learn
6. Problem-solving mindset to identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. Knowledge of cost-control strategies and cost analysis techniques.
8. Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
9. Ability to create and maintain budget reports and cost-related documents.
10. Good understanding of logistics operations.
