Transport Maintenance Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- Manage vehicle maintenance data in the JFS system.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for the implementation of asset vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain and manage vehicle maintenance and tire data.
- Optimize maintenance and tire service costs.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide training to drivers or area PICs regarding vehicle and tire maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate in the event of vehicle accidents, including the evacuation and repair process.
- Coordinate when any issues or troubles occur with vehicles during package delivery operations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in operational vehicle maintenance.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance systems and tire management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with system applications such as JFS (an advantage).
- Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal teams and external parties.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel to operational areas when required.
