Route Planning Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily route execution to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient delivery operations.
• Monitor vehicle allocation and daily routing activities, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delivery disruptions.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate route performance data, including delivery time, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize delivery routes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce transportation costs.
• Coordinate closely with field operations teams and management to resolve routing challenges and ensure seamless communication across operational areas.
• Assist in developing new delivery routes and optimizing existing routes to improve delivery speed, maximize vehicle utilization, and enhance overall cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve route planning processes and support the implementation of operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good communication skills in both Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve problems effectively.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop new skills.
