Key Account Executive

Job Description:

1. Conduct market analysis, customer acquisition, information gathering, and advertisement distribution.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding them through business value propositions, negotiating cooperation and transportation terms, and assisting them in signing shipping contracts.
3. Handle operational coordination for VIP customers, including regular follow-up visits to ensure a smooth customer experience.
4. Responsible for reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection.
   

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the cargo or logistics industry.
3. Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
4. Ability to work under deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
